DISCLAIMER: Sponsor is hereby giving the first twelve (12) Residential Unit Owners who close on their Residential Unit a raffle ticket for a 2006 Sea Ray 185 Sport boat (“the Boat”). The drawing for the Boat will be on the later of August 1, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. at the Condominium site or within thirty (30) days after the closing of the twelfth (12th) Residential Unit. The winner of the raffle will be presented with a voucher for the Boat,which has a current retail value of $18,495. The winner of the raffle will be responsible for all applicable sales and income taxes. Prospective purchasers should consult with their personal tax advisors as to any federal, state, and city income tax consequences. The winner of the raffle will have the option of upgrading the boat at their own expense.
